My darlings,
Mama is sorry that Mama have to leave you at the nursery today. Mama knows that you are both still not feeling well. Well, Mama can only wish that Mama's boss is that tolerant but early lesson in life, sweet peas, TNSTAAFL (There's No Such Thing As A Free Lunch).
Please know Mama's thoughts and prayers are with you at every moment of the day. At a phone call, Mama will drop everything at work and be with both of you in a heartbeat. We will go to the doctor again, OK, sayang? It won't be so bad. At least you will get a lollipop after that! Erm, but not you, Asyraf. No lollies for you just yet.
Be strong, babies. Mama will be home soon.

I feel for you dear. Been there as well. Be strong. I am sure your kids will know just how much you care when they received your big hugs at the end of the day. Take care ya.
